Attorney Richard Holt first opened the doors of the firm now known as Holt, Techentien & Kenn in 1962. Over the past four decades, our firm has grown and flourished under different partners, and we now operate with the experience and skill of attorneys Richard Holt, John Murphy and Kelly Kenn.

Our Experienced Team

Attorneys Richard Holt, Kelly Kenn and John Murphy have years of experience to benefit clients. Our firm is active in community organizations and area bar associations. Attorney Richard Holt is a former member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and is a recognized, trusted advocate for our neighbors. He has been practicing law in the area since 1958.

In addition to our extensive legal experience, our team has experience in other industries that can benefit our clients. Attorney Kelly Kenn's successful career in the real estate and business world helps her to understand and meet her business law clients' needs as they work through business startup problems. She also has years of experience in helping individuals and families with estate planning and probate issues. She is an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Attorney John Murphy had a 32-year career as a firefighter before becoming a lawyer, and he has been a licensed physician's assistant since 1977. His experience in working with injured and sick people is especially helpful in identifying and sympathizing with victims of medical malpractice or any type of personal injury.
